What this means for your mortgage

Our view: at around AED 1,106 per square foot, Wadi Al Safa 3 remains an accessible entry point into central Dubai, but the softer volume means sellers are more negotiable than the headline AED 1,583,000 average suggests. As a rough guide, the average one-bedroom at that level costs about AED 4,325 a month on a 80% mortgage.
