User Data Deletion Instructions

If you received WhatsApp or other messages from PropAtlas / Wise Networks / MOVA, or submitted data through our apps, you can request deletion of your personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the same email or phone you used with us.
2. Subject line: Data deletion request.
3. We will confirm receipt within 7 business days and delete or anonymise messaging and related records where legally allowed.

What we delete

• WhatsApp / notification records linked to your number.
• Lead or account records linked to your enquiry, unless retention is required by law or an active process.
